1.What is the funniest thing you remember as a child?
We have a family of seven, with three dogs, that are always doing something silly, so there’s never a dull moment in our house! There’s always someone making jokes and laughing. What makes me laugh the most is when we watch movies or play a board game, someone makes the first joke, and it becomes a trickle effect, until we are out of breath laughing. Our family might be flawed, but not having humor isn’t one of our flaws!

2.What is the one piece of clothing you wish you owned?
I am definitely not a messy person. Growing up in a foster home with many other children didn’t leave me with much personal space, but the space I did have could never be left a mess. My foster parents taught me to respect what I had and to clean up after myself even at a young age. So even now, my closet has a certain order, my winter clothes to summer clothes.

3.What season of the year is your favorite and why?
I didn’t make good grades when I was in Taiwan, I was at the bottom of my class. When I came to the United States I decided to stop giving up on myself, I tried my hardest and made straight A’s. This gave me confidence, but I was still always afraid of being in the same position; which is why it's a strange fear to me, because hard work always pays off in the end!

4.What is your favorite movie?
I have never been a fan of ice cream toppings, because I feel like it takes away from the taste of the ice cream. However, I do enjoy a combination of vanilla and coffee ice cream. My guess is probably because of how much I love a cup of coffee in the morning!

5.What song makes you think of yourself?
I don't believe that anyone should ever be afraid to show who they really are, even to a stranger, because at the end of the day, we’re all just people that need comfort and love, no matter who we are. There’s no particular place where I am most “myself”, because I am not afraid of embracing who I am, where ever I am. I hope that by doing so, it will encourage others to follow.
